Important information about Covid-19

After the Government announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding a new lockdown from 5th November, we wanted to outline how we will be there to help keep the country’s economy moving while working within the guidance laid out by Government.

At Bang & Olufsen of Nottingham and Bang & Olufsen of Leamington Spa we will be fully open as normal until the 5th November 2020.

From the 5th November, our stores will operate as normal as they have been for many months in a safe manner.
We will be open online

Bang & Olufsen of Nottingham and Bang & Olufsen of Leamington Spa will not be open to the public from 5th November until further notice. However, our teams will be in store to continue Bang & Olufsen sales remotely and we will be able to send you videos, talk to you via video and meet your needs almost as well as if you were with us.

Customer collections

Customers can still collect items that have been purchased either online or via the telephone directly from our store, though the handover will be outside so bring a coat. All click and collect handovers will take place from a designated exterior handover area and full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both colleague and customer safety.

Covid-safe home deliveries

Home delivery options will also be available, and all handled in a Covid safe manner.

Our colleagues remain on hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone, email or live chat and our websites are fully functional with the ability to buy or reserve online as well as booking a repair.
