This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury brand and a well-established growing company with stores in Nottingham, Birmingham and Leamington Spa covering the Midlands.

As our Store Manager/Sales Specialist you will join a dedicated team of individuals with a goal of strengthening and growing our business with new customers. The delivery of impeccable customer service is paramount, both before, during, and after the sale has taken place, creating a strong customer rapport and long-term loyalty. The full-time role, which includes Saturdays, ensures we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Requirements and responsibilities include:

  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, with an ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in retail environment, preferable in either TV/Audio/HiFi, premium products or prestige motor vehicles.
  • Demonstrate competence in leadership skills and selling ability.
  • Organised and capable with a keen eye for attention to detail, both written and verbal, when dealing with customers, colleagues, third parties and the manufacturers.
  • Be able to attend training both in the UK and abroad.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
  • Excellent levels of personal presentation with a confident ability to demonstrate showroom products.
  • Maintain awareness of new product developments, new company initiatives, and all promotional activity.
  • Ensure products and all promotional materials are in place within the correct timescales as directed by the line manager.
  • Enthusiastic about helping our customers find a solution that best suits their needs.
  • Manage the business with the objective of ensuring sales goals are met.
