RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?

You have the right to reject damaged goods within 28 days of purchase. In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Departments on Nottingham 0115 200 2151 nottingham@amgrace.co.uk  or Leamington Spa 01926 881500 leamington@amgrace.co.uk within 24 hours of the delivery.

FAULTY GOODS RETURNS
For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 28 days, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned with any packaging that form part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase.

If your item is faulty, please email the selling store to request a returns form which will need including with your goods when sending it back to us. Please retain your proof of postage as we will need that to reimburse you the cost of the return for the faulty items. This will be done once the return has been processed.

You are entitled to change your mind and cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days after delivery or collection for an exchange or full refund.
